AMARONE
Della Valpolicella DOC
The Amarone is obtained employing the traditional techniques of appassimento a natural drying process of the grape and aging, giving it a unique and immediately recognizable taste. It represents the full expression of the Veronese tradition and the more than century-old family heritage.
The wine has a ruby red color with with garnet reflections. The impact of preserved cherry, spices, and dried rose petal lend complexity and elegance to the nose. It presents itself to the palate with warmth and subtlety, well structured and with a high alcohol content which is balanced by velvety tannins and an elegant acidity and freshness.

LEPIA SOAVE
Soave doc
A Soave white obtained from local Garganega varietal with low yield vineyards and careful attention to vinification, conducted in stainless steel. A pleasant surprise to the palate, with both freshness and depth, giving it and interesting and balanced structure.
Intense straw-yellow. A complex aroma with scents of summer fruits, pears, peaches, herbs, almonds, as well as minerality. The taste is rich and fresh, with a firm saltiness which doesn’t disturb, but rather intensifies the softness. Mild vanilla taste
and good persistency.

DECIMA AUREA
Merlot igt Veneto
A world-class elegant and complex Merlot with a complex spices , obtained from low-yield vineyards with a density of 9500 vines per hectare. The vinification is conducted with a light appassimento and then aged in French barriques. This process gives a very unique caracter and a complex range of spices nuances to the wine, which has all the characteristics of a Merlot but with a very distinctive signature.
Deep ruby red, with hints of dried plums and wild berries, accompanied by notes of coffee, eucalyptus and vanilla. To the palate: well structured, and to the nose: soft tannins, well-balanced acidity and consistency. The wine is intense, with a fine licorice aftertaste.
The name: Decima Aurea
Decima is the name of a vineyard of a kind of Merlot of the Estate which comes from the discovery of the boundary stone which in Roman Times marked the 10th mile from the ancient wall of the City of Verona. Aurea is the name of the crown “ Corona Aurea”, a decoration which was attributed to the Centurions who were best distinguished on the battle fields. The company’s philosophy of the blending of the two names means the best of the production obtained by Decima’s vineyards

TORRE PIEVE
Chardonnay igt Veneto
A full-bodied Chardonnay, with great elegance and complexity obtained from three different clones in a densely-planted vineyard. Vinification conducted with fermentation and long aging in french barriques at the winery’s room temperature.
Pale-yellow in colour, crystal-clear with a tint of green. Intense perfume, typical of Chardonnay, and an aroma of fresh fruit. Subtle vanilla scents fading into exotic perfumes of pineapple, banana, and citrus and then finishing with hazel-nuts and melted butter. The wine denotes an excellent and elegant refined structure and is well-balanced between acidity and sapidity.
The name: Torre Pieve
Attached to the estate’s territory the name gets its origin from the Scaligeri’s Guard Tower enclosed in the villa and was used as an observation point by the Napoleonic troops in 1805 during the battle of Caldiero and from romanic Pieve of the XI century which looks onto the vineyards.

PRAGAL
IGT VENETO ROSSO - MERLOT SHIRAZ
A fruit-forward and spicy blend of Merlot and Shiraz, with an
intriguing body. Produced from low yield vineyards with vinification
conducted in stainless steel and short bottle fining.
Deep ruby red with violet hues. Elegant and complex aroma with hints of black cherries, red currant, blueberry and a light touch black pepper. Soft tannins and a pleasant acidity are balanced by a deep and full body.

VALPOLICELLA RIPASSO
Superiore Doc
Elegant and complex Valpolicella continues the family tradition of the Ripasso method, first used in the 1850s. The style is a consistent expression the indigenous Corvina, Rondinella and Corvinone grapes and terroir of the area. The Ripasso method is delicately achieved conducting a secondary extended maceration and fermentation over the Amarone grape skins and seeds, giving the wine higher complexity, bolder and softer body, and intense color.
Reminiscent of the Amarone, the wine is a vivid ruby red color. At the nose, intense memories of cherry, blueberry, licorice and hints of spices, cinnamon and pepper. At the palate soft and warm structured velvet tannins and a very balanced acidity. Long finish with fruity sensations.
